ZitatAlles anzeigenHello EX30 owners,
If you have a shiny new MY26 EX30, you’ll have many of these features already – but for everyone else, you’ll shortly be getting an over-the-air software update (version 1.6.4) which we hope will improve your experience with the car. Here are some of the things included:
One Pedal Drive update: We know that many of you have asked for some extra adjustability, so you’ll now get three levels of regenerative braking force – Off, Low and High – replacing the On/Off option you’ve had up to now. The new ‘Low’ setting is equivalent in power to the previous ‘On’ setting. (Worth noting: you still get regenerative braking in ‘Off’ by using the brake pedal.)
Range mode: We’re adding a button to Quick Controls which calibrates the pedal mapping and climate function to maximise your electric range if you need it (certain model year 26 cars only for now, but other cars will get this in a later update).
Charging: We’ve added more battery charge level warning messages, so a warning message will now be displayed if the battery reaches 15%, 10%, 5% and 0% state of charge while you're driving.
Plus, when you’re using AC charging and activate scheduled air conditioning, the car will draw power from the charging station instead of the car’s battery.
We’ve also added a snowflake symbol to the driver information area of the display to help you see when the battery is cold and that its performance may be limited.
And during charging, you'll now see two new status updates for elapsed time and range gained in the charging settings.
Drivability improvements: We’re making some small adjustments to the powertrain mapping to help give you a smoother drive at low speeds.
Performance AWD button: For those of you with an EX30 Twin Motor, we’re putting a button to toggle Performance AWD into Quick Controls for easier access.
Central display: We’re also making a few small tweaks to certain elements of the central display screen, to make things a little clearer for you – for example, notification and font sizes. You can also now see the car’s energy consumption in the display.
On top of this, we’ve fixed a few bugs we know some of you have been experiencing – thank you for your patience.
We really value your feedback, which is more powerful than ever before thanks to over-the-air updates. To report any issues, please contact your retailer or our customer care team directly to get the best possible support. This group is here to share experiences and feedback on new features, so please let us know what you think!
